What is shearling?
Shearling is sheepskin with the wool left on. The outside is a tanned hide and the inside is soft, natural wool, so a shearling jacket is warm without a separate lining and without extra bulk.
Is your shearling real?
Yes. Our shearling jackets are made from real sheepskin shearling. Every product page lists the material, so you can check exactly what you are buying.
Are your leather jackets real leather?
Each product page states the material, such as genuine leather, lambskin, cowhide or suede. If you would like more detail about a particular jacket, send us a message and we will tell you.
What sizes do you offer?
Standard sizes run from XS to 3XL. You can check your size in our size guide.
Can you make a jacket to my measurements?
Yes. Send your chest, shoulder and sleeve measurements through the contact page or on WhatsApp, and we will make the jacket to fit. Custom size jackets cannot be returned or exchanged, so please check your numbers carefully.
How do I order?
Choose a style and a size and place your order. We then confirm the size and the details with you by email or WhatsApp before your jacket ships.
Materials and care
How do I look after a shearling jacket?
Wipe the hide with a damp cloth and brush the wool now and then. Let it dry naturally away from heat if it gets wet, hang it on a wide hanger and never put it in a washing machine or dryer.
How do I look after a leather jacket?
Wipe it with a soft damp cloth and use a leather conditioner once or twice a year. Store it on a wide hanger away from heat and let it dry naturally if it gets wet.
Is a shearling jacket waterproof?
No. Shearling is a natural material and is not waterproof. A little drizzle is usually fine, but if the jacket gets wet, let it dry naturally and away from heat, and avoid wearing it in heavy rain.
Are the celebrity look jackets official merchandise?
No. They are independent look alike designs made by us. They are not official merchandise and they have no connection with anyone named.
Delivery and returns
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide. We confirm the details of your order with you by email or WhatsApp before it ships.
What is your return policy?
You can return or exchange a standard size jacket within 30 days of delivery for a refund or an exchange. Custom size jackets cannot be returned or exchanged. You can read the full details on our return and exchange page.
How long do refunds and exchanges take?
Once we have received and inspected your return, usually within 72 hours of receipt, an exchange is processed and delivered within the next 15 business days. A refund is issued within 7 business days, and your bank may take a further 2 to 10 business days to show it.
Who pays for return shipping?
If you return a jacket, you pay the cost of shipping it back to us.
